Eat Lean Protein, Especially Fish
We’ve all heard that the secret to long life is eating fish, but now studies by the Alzheimer Association and others prove that fish (particularly the Omega–3 essential fatty acids) are essential. That’s something that celebrities like Daniel Dae Kim (famous for Lost and Hawaii Five-0) have known for a while. He claims that his choice fish and raw seafood is lean and satisfying. Now, it appears that it’s not only great tasting, it’s also a key component in a healthy and long life.
