This goes back to the networking theory. It pays to have connections with other humans, especially those types of connections that make you happy and further you on your path toward success. Connecting and spending time with our loved ones contributes to a happier, healthier life. At least that’s the hope. Scientific studies reinforce that long-held assumption, too.
