39. Walnuts
A diet high in omega-6 fatty acids can result in inflammatory skin conditions, such as psoriasis. While walnuts have high levels of omega-6, they also contain lots of omega-3, a fatty acid that can combat these skin conditions. Western cuisine is often plentiful in omega-6, but lacking in omega-3, so walnuts are a great food for ensuring your skin stays healthy.
