Cancer Signs That May Very Well Be Hiding In Plain Sight

Lymph Node Swelling

Lymph nodes are those bean-shaped bumps in the neck that are responsible for producing our white blood cells, which in turn are charged with fighting disease.  The swelling of these nodes are for the most part an indication of many things, but most notably infection.  However, the swelling may very well be an indication of lymphoma, a type of cancer that beings in the lymphatic system of which the lymph nodes are a part of.  Although the swelling of lymph nodes does not always indicate cancer, when accompanied by other symptoms such as fever or weight loss, without any other indicators of infection, it is suggested that you seek the evaluation of a doctor.
