We have all, admittedly at one time or another, experienced the uncomfortable reality that is bloating.  However, recurring or continual bloating is one of the first symptoms when suffering from ovarian cancer—which last reported is suffered by one in every 77 women in the US.  The bloating is caused by the cancer cells ascites, which builds up in the form of fluid within the abdomen.  To actually determine if the bloating is the usual day to day or something more serious, the source of the bloat much be found.  This is achieved by way of diet and subsequent re-evaluations.  Keep in mind that if bloating lasts for more than two weeks within a months-time, medical attention should be sought out.
