12. Carey Lowell – License to Kill (1989)
Carey Lowell turned heads as ex-military pilot and CIA informant Pam Bouvier in License to Kill, partly because of her strikingly short brown hair. Though Lowell actually quit acting in the noughties, now at nearly 60 she looks virtually the same, having maintained her trademark cropped locks.
