Bobby Flay quit ‘Iron Chef’ in the middle of the show
If you were watching ‘Iron Chef Showdown’ in 2017, then the chances are you may remember an incident involving Bobby Flay. The TV chef was busy cooking his meal when he pulled off his apron and revealed a shirt underneath. Across the middle of the top were the words: “This is my last Iron Chef battle ever.”

The move stunned the audience, and everyone working on the show as the producers allegedly had no idea that Bobby was going to pull this move. The worst part? There was no way to edit the stunt out of the episode. The producers were forced to leave it in the final cut, but that was all a part of Bobby’s plan. The chef was later quizzed about the incident and replied that he knew they would never be able to delete the scene.
