An employee filed complaints against Besh and their relationship
Things took an even bigger turn for John Besh when one of his employees publicly spoke about her relationship with the TV chef. She stated that she had been coerced into the relationship and that things only got worse as the pair continued to see one another. Not only did this mean that John had been unfaithful to his wife, but it also meant that he was about to face more public backlash.

John admitted that he had been unfaithful. However, John was adamant that everything about his relationship with his employee had been consensual. Although he made a public apology, it was too late for John. He was ultimately canceled by networks and lost his chance to appear in Bravo’s ‘Top Chef’ as the network also worked to edit him out of the final cut.
