When The Office was originally airing back in the early 2000s, there was one character known for her love of cats: Angela. But surprisingly, it was someone entirely different who actually had an obsessions with cats in real life.
Jenna Fischer, who played Pam on the long-running series, is a serious cat fan. Not only does Fischer work with Kitten Rescue in Los Angeles, but she also fosters cats until they’re able to find new homes. Fischer has fostered over 10 cats of all ages and personalities. But her love of feline doesn’t end there — Fischer also adopted a number of rescue cats herself, and she’s spent time working at a kitty crisis hotline.
So, while Jenna Fischer might not get much attention for loving cats, she’s devoted a lot of time and resources to raising adorable furry friends. And she’s definitely kept more than a couple along the way!
