Following the launch of the Masks For N.H.S. Heroes organization, James McAvoy pledged over $340,000 to the cause. From there, the Hollywood star offered an update in April 2020. Speaking via an Instagram video, McAvoy revealed, “We’ve managed to make, to this day, nearly £1.5 million [$1.8 million], which is a fantastic sum.”
