DIY your own flypaper
If you own your own home, there’s a high chance that you don’t want to share it with any unwanted guests. Unless they pay rent, of course. While it’s pretty easy to keep bigger animals at bay, many homeowners struggle with keeping flies out of their house. They spend a huge amount of money on zappers and candles that supposedly warn them off, but it just doesn’t work.
Thankfully, it seems as though there’s a much easier way to ensure that your house is fly-free. All you need to do is melt some Vaseline into a jar and then leave it there. The flies will be attracted to the smell and get stuck in it when they go to check it out. Alongside this, you can also wipe this melted petroleum jelly onto some paper to DIY your own flypaper.
