10. Scratching the night away
Depending on the breed of your dog, scratching at the floor can mean one of two things. If your dog is a snow breed, then they’re probably “burrowing,” which means they’re trying to keep themselves warm. On the other hand, different breeds will scratch at the floor in an attempt to leave their mark for other dogs to see.
